FAQs

In case of critical weather conditions (heavy rain or snow), we will contact you to reschedule the tour for another day if possible, otherwise, we will proceed with the refund.

Please arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the flight departure. In case of delay, for any reason, the tour is forfeited. No refunds will be issued, without any exceptions. The heliport has very strict policies.

Children under 12 years old cannot participate for safety reasons. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The purchase of the helicopter tour is final. We cannot offer any refunds. Up to 72 hours before the flight, we offer the opportunity to change the date and time based on availability.
