We recognize different types of commission based on the type of service.

Payment:

You can pay by credit card or Paypal. For amounts over $2000, you can contact us to pay by bank transfer.

Approval:

Approval of the request is at the sole discretion of the Team. You will not receive a notification but, if you are approved, you will see the prices of the services discounted for you. Please note that registering with a personal email and/or failure to provide a VAT number will result in automatic rejection of the request.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

After booking, what type of document should I provide to the customer?

For our tours, you will receive the automatic confirmation receipt after payment directly to your email. No need to print it. For tickets or attraction passes, you need to wait for the digital ticket to arrive in your email within 24 hours of booking.

How can I change the billing address or download the invoice?

You need to log into your account and click on the “Address” button to change the address or click on “Download Invoice” to download the invoice.

I am already registered, how can I register on the agency portal?

How can I cancel a reservation?
