What to Know Before Booking

• Due to limited parking availability for the limousine, the driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange where to meet at the airport's arrivals area.
• Your driver will arrive at the arrivals 40 minutes after your flight lands to allow you sufficient time for customs and other procedures. Afterward, they will wait for an additional hour and a half free of charge.
• In case of delays due to customs or baggage retrieval, you will be charged an additional $20 for every 15 minutes of waiting, payable directly to the driver in cash or to our office.
• If you book a departure transfer from New York, you will be contacted for the pick-up time at your hotel (4 hours before for international flights and 3 hours before for domestic flights).
• For travelers with children aged 0 to 4 years old, you need to purchase the option of renting a car seat for an extra cost of $35.
• For those arriving or departing from Newark Airport, you will need to add the Newark option for an extra $30 per trip.
